I've seen the highs of success and the lows of failure. With over a decade working in startups and scaleups, wearing snazzy titles like Team Lead Marketing and Business Development Director, I’ve had my fair share of the corporate jungle.
But what truly lights my fire? Leading teams and watching people bloom.
Growing up, the dinner table conversations were all about taking risks- the perks of having entrepreneurial genes. This background? It’s my superpower! It lets me dive deep into my client's challenges, truly get them, and guide them forward.
In 2019, I took the leap. I sold a business venture and decided to pour my heart into what I love the most:

I don’t have an ordinary CV…
I am a serial entrepreneur, had tried to build and failed a few of them.
but had also worked in startups and scaleups for more than 10 years, I had dashing job titles, TEAM LEAD MARKETING, PRODUCT LEAD, and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR in innovative technology companies. Leading teams and developing people that I really enjoyed.
However, growing up in an entrepreneurial family also taught me to take risks, and dare to be different.
My diverse experiences in the past helped me to understand my client's challenges deeply and widely. Most importantly, I really enjoy developing people and growing with my client together.
In 2019, I sold my other business to a partner and SHifted my focus to EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH MY COACHING PRACTICES.
in 2021 we expand our coaching business to work through AFA and JC and start to grow the team of coaches.
